Doc. Shipping Agent Prices

On the Doc. Shipping Agent Prices page, which can be accessed from the Warehouse shipments page, it is possible, through the suggest shipping costs function, to have evidence of the transport cost for forwarding to be able to choose, through the confirm shippin agent function, the one that satisfies the service at a lower cost.

• Shipping Agent code: specifies the shipping agent who satisfies the transport service;
• Shipping Agent name: specify the shipper's name;
• Shipping Agent service code: specify the shipping agent service code;
• Number of stops: specifies the number of stops planned;
• Tariff (expected): specifies the value of the transport estimate;
• Additional charges (expected): specifies the value of the charges in the estimate;
• Transport cost (expected): specifies the total cost of the transport cost estimate given by the sum of the freight and the additional charges in the estimate;
• Transport % (expected): specifies the percentage of transport in the estimate;
• Status: specifies the status of the shipping cost;
• Error flag: if turned on, the system was unable to calculate transport costs;
• Error message: Description of the error.
