Finished Purchase Requests

Purchase Requests in Status RDA Completed could be archived in page Finished Purchase Request List.

To archive them, follow the steps below:

1. In Search type Purchase Requests, then click on the first result
2. Select and Navigate from Purchase's Request list a Purchase request with status RDA Completed
3. Click on function Move purchase request to finished
4. Confirm the message displayed, this way the record will be removed from Purchase Requests' list and will be added to Finished Purchase Requests
5. In Search type Finished Purchase Requests on this list you can navigate the requests

Archiving RDA the system will automatically archive also the Quotes linked to the RDA manually archived, the linked quotes can be viewed on the dedicated page Finished Quote List
