RDA Quotes

From RDA Quotes list you can view all the existing quotes and their relative approval flow's progress, specifically in the case of quotes with status Quote Approved you can create the associated Purchase Order.

You can add an Approved Quote to an existing Purchase Order made to the same Vendor, in order to create a single Purchase Order for multiple Quotes.

The function Undo Approval allows to undo approval for a Quote type document.

Purchase Order Creation

If a record's status is Quote Approved it is possible to create the associated Purchase Order, for this aim follow the steps below:

1. In Search type RDA Quotes then click on the first result

2. Select the record with status Quote Approved

3. Click on Make Order button

4. On the message displayed click Yes

5. On the message displayed click Ok

Add a Quote to an existing Purchase Order

Follow the steps below to add a Quote Approved to an existing Purchase Order:

1. In Search type RDA Quotes then click on the first result

2. Select the record with status Quote Approved

3. Click on Add Quote to Order button

4. On the page displayed, select the Purchase Order to which you want to add the Quote then click Ok

5. On the message displayed click Ok

Undo Approval

Follow the steps below to undo approval for a Quote type document:

1. In Search type RDA Quotes then click on the first result

2. Select the record with status Quote Approved

3. Click on Undo Approval button

4. Confirm the operation by clicking Yes on the message displayed

5. The undo Quote's Status field will return to Open
