RDA User Delegation

During the Approval of a Document Type RDA or Type Quote the approver could decide, for different reasons, to delegate the approval to another user, using the appropriate function presente on the page dedicated to approvals.

Page RDA User Delegation is a setup dedicated to users to whom Approval Request will arrive if the approver decides to delegate the approval.

Below you can find the fields' list and how to use them:

1. In Search type RDA User Delegation then click on the first result
2. In the From User field enter the main approver user from the Approval Tree
3. In the To User field enter the user to whom the system will send the Approval Request if the main approver decides to delegate.
4. In Delegate From enter the starting date of validity for the delegation
5. In Delegate To enter the ending date of validity for the delegation
